We’re a teeny tiny seasonal operation—it’s just me, one woman, Christine!
My shop releases are seasonal because that works best for my life and rhythms—I spend a ton of time and energy on these releases, and once the product is shipped I effectively shut down the shop and forget about it for three months while I return my focus to living my life, focusing on my day job, and gathering inspiration for the next release.
Because of this, I’m not available to process returns or exchanges. Until I’m set up for this, I do not accept returns and exchanges except for damaged goods.
